Dog treat ideas for the Humane Society of Atlanta?
I want to help at the Human Society. You have to be 16 years of age to volunteer and I am only 14. It said to help out you can bring dog treats. What are some good (not to expensive) dog treats I could MAKE myself and what do I need and how do I make them? Thank you

You could also help the Humane Society raise money. Get together with friends and come up with a fun way to raise money. A car wash, or even a dog wash. You could also go to local pet stores and ask for donations of money or pet products. Ask for the stores to call you when they have expired products that will still be safe for the animals. Dog food is a great thing to collect for the Humane Society. Also call them and find out what else you can do.

This is simple and easy:
Cheesy Dog Treats
Ingredients:
1 1/2 c. Flour
1 1/4 c. Grated Cheddar
1/4 c. Veg. Oil
4 Tbl. Water
Directions: Preheat oven 350 degrees.
Cream the ingredients together, adding the water one tablespoon at a time to help bind the dough. When it begins to form a ball, roll it out on a floured surface, using cookie cutters, cut the dough into fun shapes and place on cookie sheet. Bake approx. 10 min. until lightly browned.
Makes about 30 med. size biscuits
